Pete Basinger is excited to join Colorado Timberline Academy as the ceramics and 3D art instructor. He brings over 15 years of experience in teaching and outdoor education. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Pete grew up cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and his love for the outdoors continues today. He especially enjoys spending time on his bike exploring the high country around Durango. He holds degrees in history and education and enjoys supporting students as they explore creative expression through hands-on learning.
